Provide at least 3 full references of your OC. Description in words will be rejected immediately.

Prices may increase depending on your OC's complexity.

References must be in full colored and make sure it's a clear copy.

Description / Black & White references are rejected.

I have the right to turn down your commission request. This will happen if 1.) the client didn't filled up the form correctly and failed to follow the important information stated in here and 2.) when the requested art is out of my capability/different art style from what I'm offering. 3.) If I'm not comfortable with it

Completed forms are considered first.

Feel free to ask me for a WIP. However, Wip will be given on rough sketch and lining stage only.

I will send you an invoice after you submit your order form within 24 hours. It will serve as a valid proof that your order is 100% voluntarily. This is to avoid scams and charge back etc.

Once the commission piece is done, I'll send it to you via email or dropbox link.

I have full rights over my artwork.

Clients still owns the copyright of the character(s) and will be mentioned as the owner. However, it will not be sell as prints.

You need to understand that you ordered a Personal artwork. That means NO TO COMMERCIAL USE. Unless stated otherwise.

You can absolutely post it. Giving credit is always appreciated.

Clients are not allowed to: Claim credit, edit/modify, change the color, trace, photo manipulate, distribute, make merchandise, or use for advertising.

Commissioned art is not allowed to be fed on any AI learning program or be experimented with. When caught, client will be blacklisted.

Advertising that are allowed for PERSONAL USE:

Self-advertisement (for social medias like: Twitter, IG, FB, Twitch, Youtube, etc.)

Website materials (Icon, DP, etc.)

Advertising that will fall under COMMERCIAL USE:

Printing the artwork as brochure, flyers etc.

Use as freebies for your store (prints, button pin, stickers, etc.)

Use commission piece as materials for streaming. (Stream commission is considered as commercial use)

Full payment first before the requested art.
